Most people have no use for the invasive Honeysuckle bush. But local nature crafter, Dustin Kelly, will teach how to transform an irritating plant into art and toys.

Kelly's class is Sunday, May 12, from 2 - 4 p.m., at Anita Purves Nature Center. Kelly will show how to transform invasive bush Honeysuckle into educational toys like wooden bead snakes, stacking activities, and wind chimes.

Sign up by May 11. The class costs $15. Kids under age 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. One adult attends free for each registered child.

Call David at (217) 384-4062 for more information or to sign up. Or, sign up online at urbanaparks.org/register.

Everyone is invited to turn Honeysuckle into art May 12!
