People age 50 and better are invited to Creative Senior Connections at Urbana Park District every month this summer.
Creative Senior Connections will explore creative expression through writing, visual art, rhythm, movement, drama, guided meditation and more with the goal of connecting more deeply with others, with yourself, and with your inner creativity. Engaging creatively can relieve stress, lift your self-esteem, spark deep personal growth, and promote healing.
This is a partnership with Family Service.
Sessions are:

- June 14
- July 5
- August 9
