Step tracking is one of the easiest and most fulfilling ways to keep tabs on your daily activity. In this FREE workshop, you will learn how to utilize popular step tracking apps such as Apple Health and Google Fit. You will also learn about the general benefits of walking, how to track daily food and water intake, and how to create a personalized daily step goal.
During the second half of the workshop, we will cover information pertaining to popular fitness wearables such as Fitbit and Garmin. These devices can track more than steps, in fact, many of the showcased wearables can track anything from exercise (such as yoga, weight-lifting, and swimming) to the length and quality of your sleep! A Q&A will be hosted at the end of the workshop, and there will be plenty of time after for one-on-one setup of the aforementioned fitness tracking apps.
