People can spend their lunch hour getting fit this summer, in the air-conditioned comfort of Brookens Gym.
The park district is offering Boot Camp Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 - 12:50 p.m., and H.I.I.T. Revolution on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the same time.
There are two sessions. The first runs April 26 - June 25, and the second session runs June June 28 - August 19.
Boot camp is a fast-paced, calorie burning workout. H.I.I.T. Revolution uses a person's body weight and resistance equipment to improve metabolism, cardiovascular and athletic ability.
Instructors modify each session for all fitness abilities.
All fitness programs will follow covid-19 public health and safety guidelines.
