The December session runs from December 13 - 22.
Boot Camp is a fast-paced, calorie burning workout. Don't let the term "boot camp" scare you - this is a fun and engaging class for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
Clarissa Moore-Logan instructs the class and she makes sure strength and high-intensity cardio workouts are always offered for beginner to advanced levels.
