Grown-ups need some pool time too

Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center (CLPFAC) has several special events each year for the kids. But, Urbana Park District knows adults need some swim time too.

So, on August 9, CLPFAC will host Adult Swim Night.

“This is a chance for adults only to come to the pool, relax and have some swim time to themselves,” said Leslie Radice, Aquatics Manager. “We will be showing the movie The Meg. People can watch the film while swimming in the pool.”

All pool safety rules are in effect for the evening.

The evening costs $6 for residents and $9 for non-residents. Pool members can get in for free.

“We enjoy opening up the pool for an adult date or fun night. They are welcome to enjoy all the amenities we have to offer,” Radice added.

“Everyone is welcome to come to Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center on August 9 for a fun night with friends or your significant other,” Radice concluded.
