Urbana Park District is offering Immerse: A Yoga Experience with Sound and Self Reflection select Sundays this winter at The Lake House in Crystal Lake Park. 

The experience is for everyone ages 15 and up. It costs $5 per session for residents and $8 per session for non-residents. The class runs from 3 - 4:30 p.m. on:

• January 22
• February 5
• March 5
• April 2

Instructor Vivianne Velazquez will use sound to help guide the yoga experience. Afterward, participants will journal their experience.
