Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center (CLPFAC) will have some special visitors on July 30, as the outdoor pool will be graced with mermaids.

And, people can sign kids up to attend a special mermaid party, July 30, from 9 - 11 a.m., at the outdoor pool. The party is for all ages. 

The leisure pool, streambed and sand play area will be open during the party. The pool will provide snacks and refreshments.

Register by July 23 for a special discount - $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents. The registration is good for one child and one adult. It will cost $8 for each additional person.

Adults must accompany children to this party. Register online, or call the park district at (217) 367-1544 to sign the kids up.
