Urbana Park District invites the public to Prairie Park, 2000 E. Washington Street, Urbana, on October 23, to learn more about the new Health and Wellness Center being built in that neighborhood.

The park district plans to break ground on the Health and Wellness Center in 2022.

On Saturday, from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., people can come to Prairie Park to see the plans, see where the facility will be built, ask questions and get answers from park district planners.

Urvana Mobile Recreation Unit will be on hand with activities and refreshments for all.
