Learn all about wetlands at a special Illinois Natural History Survey exploration at Anita Purves Nature Center on April 27 from 10 - 11:30 a.m.

Ecologist Julie Nieset will lead the Spring Wetland Ecology walk through Busey Woods. Look for spring wildflowers and visit seasonal ponds to learn about their unique plant and animal communities.

The hike will follow the soft trails, so dress for mud.
