Art and nature lovers have an opportunity to see a photographic art exhibit entitled Life and Land at Anita Purves Nature Center.

Photographers Rob Kanter and Brad Hudson will have their photographs on display.

The exhibit begins February 1 with a reception beginning at 1 p.m. People can view the photographs at the nature center from February 1 – April 24, 2020.

“This exhibit will feature nature photographs taken closer to our homes, not taken ‘out there’ hundreds of miles away,” said Judy Miller, Environmental Program Manager.

Miller added, “Rob Kanter encourages people to appreciate the creatures that live among us.”

Brad Hudson specializes in landscape photography. “He is interested in using traditional gelatin-silver photographic processes. While an outmoded medium, he produces beautiful landscape photographs.”

Everyone can come to Anita Purves Nature Center to view these photographs during business hours. “This art show is perfect for our nature center. The exhibit will be a wonderful marriage between art and nature,” Miller concluded.
