Be on the lookout for new art in area parks this late summer and fall as Urbana Park District partners in The Great ARTdoors.
10 area artists will create art for a juried display in 10 area parks - five in Urbana and five in Champaign.
The partners putting on The Great ARTdoors are:
- Spurlock Museum
- Urbana Arts and Culture Program
- Champaign Park District
- Urbana Park District
- 40 North
In Urbana, the art will be on display at Chief Shemauger, South Ridge, Victory and Weaver Parks, along with the Lierman Avenue Community Gardens.
The art will go up soon and be on display until November 20.
