People age 50 and better can let their creative juices flow select Fridays at Urbana Park District.

Creative Senior Connections with Family Service is 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., on:

• January 12
• February 9
• March 29
• April 19

All meetings are at Phillips Recreation Center except for April 19. That meeting will be at The Lake House in Crystal Lake Park.

This monthly group will explore creative expression through writing, visual art, rhythm, movement, drama, guided meditation and more with the goal of connecting more deeply with others, with yourself, and with your inner creativity. Engaging creatively can relieve stress, lift your self-esteem, spark deep personal growth, and promote healing. Create for the joy of the process rather than for the end product. No art experience or skill required.
