Urbana Park District invites everyone who lives outside park district boundaries to the Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center this Wednesday, June 19, for non-resident days.

“People living outside Urbana can pay resident admission on Wednesday,” said Jennifer Nierenhausen, Aquatics Specialist. “Resident admission is $6-per person until 5 p.m., and $4 after 5 p.m. Normal non-resident rates are $9 and $6 respectively.

“That can add up to a big savings,” Nierenhausen added.

Children under age-four are free. An adult must accompany youth under age 11.

“We hope to see many people who live outside Urbana come to Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center on Wednesday,” Nierenhausen said. “People belong at our outdoor pool, including people who don’t live in Urbana.”
