People age 15 and up have the chance to join an adult co-rec volleyball league this winter and spring.

The league runs every Monday night from 6 – 10 p.m., at Brookens Gym. The league starts February 15 and ends May 3.

“This will be a 10-game, round robin season,” said Kyle Mills, Athletics Coordinator. “We’ll then have a tournament and crown a league champion.”

It costs $170 per team. Team managers must register in person at Phillips Recreation Center, 505 W. Stoughton in Urbana. Registration runs through February 11. When team managers register, they must also submit team rosters.

“Be sure to get your friends together for this co-rec volleyball league,” Mills said. “It is a great way to get moving during the winter and after the covid-19 pandemic. We can’t wait to see you at Brookens Gym starting in February.”
