Calling all volleyball lovers! Urbana Park District is registering teams for the fall Co-Recreational Volleyball League. The season runs from September 9 – December 2, from 6 – 10 p.m., at the Brookens Gym.

“This is a 10-game, round-robin season,” explained Kyle Mills, Athletics Supervisor. “We play games Monday evenings. The season ends with a single elimination, first round consolation tournament.”

Each team must submit a completed roster and full payment at registration. Teams can still get in on the early bird registration and pay $160 for a team. They can register from August 29 through September 3 for $200 a team.

“Co-rec volleyball is great fun and a great way for people to be active and exercise,” Mills said. “We look forward to having several teams sign up for this popular league.”
