Urbana Park District is offering cooking demonstrations to the public for free via YouTube.

Blue Dragonfly Catering usually puts on in-person cooking classes at the Phillips Recreation Center's James Room Kitchen. Due to COVID-19, the park district couldn’t put on in-person classes this spring and summer.

So, Chef Leah Bodine is offering demonstrations to everyone for free. The first demonstration features a Mediterranean chicken and potatoes recipe.

Bodine will offer in-person cooking classes to the public at Phillips Recreation Center this fall – if COVID-19 allows it.
