Urbana Park District is building a new Health and Wellness Center on East Washington Street in Urbana. This project is near Weaver and Prairie Parks.

The park district is taking this opportunity to look holistically at outdoor athletics and wellness opportunities district-wide to determine where resources should be used to build new fields/courts or invest into improving existing ones. It is also an opportunity to take a closer look at the combined Weaver and Prairie parks.

The park district has surveyed the public, hosted focus groups and the third round includes a public form and survey about the new opportunities at Weaver and Prairie Parks. 

The public forum will be on Zoom. Here are the details:
